We currently offer free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £50!

Standard UK Delivery (UK Mainland only, 3-5 working days) £3.95

Orders received on a working day (Mon-Fri) are delivered within 3-5 working days

Next Day (UK Mainland only) £5.95
Order Mon-Fri orders must be placed before 3pm - for next day Delivery

Saturday Delivery (UK Mainland only) £5.95 - ends 3pm Friday
Orders placed on a Friday before 3pm are delivered on Saturday between 9am - 5pm

European Countries Delivery £5.95 - Orders received are usually delivered within 2 weeks from order day.

Worldwide Zone 1 Delivery £7.95 - Orders received are usually delivered within 4 weeks from order day.

Worldwide Zone 2 Delivery £8.95 - Orders received are usually delivered within 4 weeks from order day. 

Other Information

Please note that any orders placed on Friday (after 3pm), Saturday or Sunday (Standard, Special & Gold Delivery) are processed on the following Monday (except Bank Holidays).

Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.

We use Royal Mail to deliver our products, delays may possibly occur on orders delivering to Europe, Worldwide Zone 1 & 2. Please contact us if you have not received your item within the specified time.



In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 28 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, garments received after the 28 days will be entitled to an exchange to the value of the garment returned.

If we receive a returned garment outside of the 28 day exchange period we reserve the right to return the item to you without it being refunded

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery, please note refunds will be processed within 7 days of our receipt.

We will only refund the account from which the original payment was made.

*When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled. The item must be returned with the completed form on the back of your delivery note.


Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care (on telephone – 0208 809 4432 or email ) quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Discount codes & Vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

International Orders - Returns and Cancellations

Due to the longer delivery time in returning International orders, overseas customers must email us before they return any items, informing us of the reasons for return so that this can be logged.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
